Marina del Rey is a small, limited real estate market when compared to many other Los Angeles County markets. Most properties in Marina del Rey are small waterfront condos, typically starting in the mid $600,000s. This is an ideal location for someone who loves the oceanfront views and atmosphere, but is looking for a small, low maintenance home. There are also some larger condos for over $1 million, but you will not find any undeveloped land or large single family homes within the limits of Marina del Rey.
